AppsFlyer provides attribution and marketing analytics services (“Services“) that enable advertisers and developers (collectively, “Customer(s)“) to: (i) measure and analyse the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns by understanding which marketing campaigns contributed to the download/installation of their mobile applications (“Applications“) or such other conversion metric (e.g. relaunch of Application); and (ii) measure and analyse certain events and actions within their Application or websites, such as in-app purchases made by End Users (as defined below). The Services also help our Customers identify and protect against fraudulent behaviour related to their marketing campaigns.
We may also disclose your personal information to a trusted third party who also holds other information about you. This third party may combine that information in order to enable it and us to develop anonymised consumer insights so that we can better understand your preferences and interests, personalise your experience and enhance the products and services that you receive. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to us disclosing your information to such entities without obtaining your consent on a case by case basis.

Beforepay allows users to invite friends and family to sign up for our Services. Sometimes we offer a promotional value for every friend or family member who signs up through your referral link. To help you do this, we may request you to grant us access to your mobile device or digital device address book. You can then direct us to send referral emails to contacts you select in your address book. By sending a referral, you also consent to Beforepay sending your public profile image to the contacts you select to receive a referral link. By choosing to invite a friend you represent that you have received the friend’s consent to provide his or her name and email address with us. Beforepay will use that information to send an email inviting him or her to visit the site and will store that information to track the success of the referral program and may send marketing emails. You can also send an SMS with a referral link to your contacts. If you use this option, you understand that Beforepay does not control the timing, content, or recipients of these SMS messages.
Users may not send, publish, or share any false, misleading, or deceptive communications in connection with participation in the Referral Program. Such actions may violate various federal, state, and/or international laws. Users may not send any referral emails, SMS messages, or other communications to children under the age of 18.
